Use Office 2003 Word wish to transfer to a SONY Clie [PDA]; ideas.

I presently use Word 2003 in Office for word processing and templates from a
third party. I need to transfeer back/ forth to a SONY /Clie PDA, any ideas
as to how this can be done? I would be happy to download a program to help me.
