On this same computer, I can read Chinese emails sent from China if I use
Outlook Express to receive emails by openning them and choosing a Chinese
encoding. But I can not read Chinese emails when I use Outlook 2003. I tried
all the tricks I can find such as read them in plain text, change encoding,
copy them to word 2003 and etc. However, the Chinese emails I created on the
computer can be read by either me or people in China correctly. So, where is
this "switch" embedded in Outlook 2003 preventing me read emails in Chinese
sent from China? Why's Outlook Express work? Any idea?
Thanks.
