use Outlook Address book in email via Access 2003

Is it possible to use the Outlook address Book (not contacts) to send and
email within Access 2003? There are a top on people in the Oulook address
book and I would like to use that to select the email address of receipients
and send the Access reports via Access 2003.

If this is possible can you point me in the right direction?
