use pinyin to enter traditional Chinese charactors

WITH GLOBAL IME, I CAN SELECT SIMPLIFIED OR TRADITIONAL TO ENTER CHINESE
CHARACTORS. BUT IME 2003 HAS NO SUCH OPTION. HOW DO I USE PINYIN TO ENTER
TRADITIONAL CHARACTOR? THANKS.

Since each Pinyin sound may be represented but many chinese characters,
the answer is never unless creates a complicated algorithm to generate
best possibilities.
