Use private contact list, outlook will close

Using exchange5.5 + outlook2000

one of the user when using private contact list to post new mail, the
outlook will close suddently, everytime the same. But no problem when using
exchange public contact list.

Already repair the office and outlook, error still occur.
Any suggestion ?
