Use .pst files in Entourage 2001 for Mac?

I'm using Entourage 2001 for Mac (v. 9.0.1, NOT X). Can I import, open and
read .pst files in Entourage 2001, and if so, how do I do that?

There is nothing except Outlook that can read .pst files. What you need to
do is borrow a friend's PC with Outlook for about an hour. Ask him or her to
create a new Outlook profile for you. Import your .pst file(s) into the new
profile. Immediately export again as .csv files with default mappings the
Contacts , calendar, tasks and/or notes folders, as in the instructions of
the Outlook section of the ReadMe in Export-Import Entourage. Then follow
the instructions for importing the Outlook mail folders into Eudora and out
from there as .mbox files, again according to the instructions in the
ReadMe. Then your friend can delete your profile, although I'd suggest
asking him to keep it for a couple of days until you have everything safely
transferred to Entourage.)

Burn all these files to a CD - they will probably be too big to email to
yourself but that's the alternative. Then follow the rest of the
instructions in Export-Import Entourage for converting them and getting them
into Entourage.
