Ms. Paules,
I thought I would provide my regular email address since I wouldn't otherwise access egghead during the normal course. If you're interested in the set-up for PS Forms 3800 and 3811 in Excel, let me know at (e-mail address removed).

Ms. Paules,
Hi. I tried to set-up templates (by other site suggestion) in Word and found that a better way is to use Excel. It's easy and I can provide the set-up information if you are interested.
Thanks,
Bill
