use weeknum, networkdays (other functions in msowcf.dll)

I'm new to access so I hope this is an easy question:

I would like to use the "weeknum" or "networkdays" functions in a Query but
they don't show up on my list of built-in expressions. The Access help file
says I need to install msowcf.dll to use these functions.

That file is installed on my computer. I even registered it mannually from
the command thinking that might help but still no luck.

In excell I was able to get to these functions by installing the "analysis
toolpak" addin. But when I get to the addin manager in Access there are no
addins listed.

I got out my office 2000 pro install disk and went to add new features and
there were no addins for Access.

Any help is greatly appreciated....I'm lost and totally stumped.

AFAIK, the Excel functions are not available for use in Access. There is,
however, a nice collections of work-day math functions at "The Access Web":
