hi-
my partner of 10 years set up my mac a few years ago, and it crashed
this morning... came back to life, but a lot has change... one big
change is that suddenly I can't get the windows that are open to
disappear and reveal the desktop when I take the curser to the bottom
right hand corner of the screen.

Do you know how i get that option back? Also, I like my doc on the
bottom, and figured out how to move it from side (it reconfigured
everything when it shut down. $140 later, I am here working on it with
a fresh new battery. I had my dock toward the bottom right corner
before. Now it's in the center of the bottom, can I move it? can you
tell me how?

THank so much

Everything you're asking about are aspects of your operating system, not MS
Excel [which is the group you've posted to]. Not that we're unwilling to
help, but it's hard to answer OS questions if we have no idea which version
of the OS is involved... Things have changed from Jaguar to Panther to Tiger
to Leopard. Start with the Apple Menu> System Preferences. If you can't
determine where find what you need & what to do you can get more info from
Mac Help, and if that doesn't do it try this link to Apple Discussions:
