I'm using Publisher 2003. I've found the rules and guides to be almost
useless becuase the guides stay (i.e. disappear) under any pictures or text
boxes that are dragged over them. If I have a screened picture in the
background (even if it's on the master page!), I can't see the guides to
align text or other elements over top of the picture. I find myself having
to draw lines using the drawing tools to align objects. Are there any plans
to work on this guides feature?
