User acccount creation using Infopath Form

Is there any way that we can create AD users Automatically using Infopath
forms. Means manager fills a form for his team memeber and the form gets
approved by system admin and then the user get created automatically in Ad on
approval from system admin.

Hey Javeeb,
This functionality is not provided out of the box with InfoPath, I would
suggest creating a web service to handle the ad account creation and submit
your form through to this

share with me which wil help me to develop the web service.
