User account shows up on Calendar invites(user's account has been deleted)

A user no longer on our Exchange Server name comes up when someone sends a Calendar invite. The user's name is not part of the invite. We have checked that the user is not a Delegate and not listed in a "group". Also did a Spotlight search on the users system that gets the error message and the name can't be found. (The user's account was deleted when they left the company.)

There is an error message saying that her account can't be found.
