User Agreement keeps appearing

I have two systems that have just started popping up the
EULA when ever any office program is opened. These are
dell machines with Office XP professional
(preinstalled). Has anyone seen this issue? The
machines started about 6 months apart and not after a
upgrade or install. It just randomly happened.

Log into each machine as the administrator and accept the EULA.

You may want to do a repair installation, also, just to ensure there aren't
any corrupted files.
