User and Group Accounts

I have created a new User "Kathy", made her a member of Full Data Users (which from what I understand should give her full update/delete/insert access to a table via a form). However, she looks just like a read-only user. Why can't this user save or update data on a form? I want to lock her out from design access and not give her update access to certain tables at all, but the "User Groups and Accounts" doesn't seem to be working as anticipated. Thanks for any help!

Depends on what permissions you have granted to the Full Data Users groups.
Open your database using an account with administrater permissions and check
Tools - Security - User and Group Permissions (or download and use the
Security Manager add-in from the MS website).
