I'll preface this response by saying I am not an Outlook
expert but something similar happened to me when I was
traveling due to the timezone selected. I had changed the
timezone in my computer to CST on a trip, and I made
appointments using that timezone. When I returned to EST
and set my timezone all my appointments made in CST were
listed as one hour later in EST. Check the timezone
selected on his computer and ensure it's set to the
networks.
