User can access WSS directly but not via Project Server

Hi there,

we're using Project Server and WSS on the same machine and authenticate
mostly via ADS. I got the following problem:

A ADS-User can access the WSS (needed to authenticate once). But if he
clicks the risk-tab in PWA and selects his project - an error message occurs
telling that due to security reasons he can't access the risks.

I just checked the project security and he is allowed to see risks. I guess
it's something between WSS and Project - has anyone an idea?

Could solve the problem by myself:
A category blocked the user to show the risks...
