User can only see the received column in her Outlook 2000

This user had all of the default columns, i.e. attachments, priority,
subject, etc. She had trouble with her mouse and clicked once somewhere on
her outlook window and all of the columns went away except for the received.
We have tried to re-add the columns, adjust size, etc. but they won't
re-appear. Has anyone else run across this problem? She is going crazy
without having that information. Thanks so much, in advance, for any help
you can provide.

Not sure if the version of outlook matters. I'm running 2002. If you right
click on any of the colums a box will pop up. Select FIELD CHOOSER. The
Field Chooser box will pop up. Click and drag the columns you need. I think
this is what you needed.

I found the resolution. She had her inbox set to group by the received
column.
