User can see only unsubmitted hours on timesheet

I'm using EPM Server 2003 with SP2.

We have a user that has lost here ability to see any of the hours on her
timesheet (Tasks view) that has been updated and would normally show as
black. If she adds hours and saves them withough submitting them they will
still be displayed the next time she opens her Tasks view.

She was able to see the hours in black before.

I can also see her actuals in black and newly entered hours in red when I
look in Adjust actuals.

Thanks,

- James

James,

Which view the user is using ? Current tasks?

Also, make sure the Data Range has been selected for proper time
period. (Click on View Options)

If you have a issue continue, please let me know. We will look into
more deeper.

Thanks
Chak

Hi Chak,

The range was correct and she was using the view all tasks option.

It happened around the same time that we started seeing problems with some
submitted timesheets still showing as unsubmitted and a user that has not
submitted any hours not showing up in the unsubmitted list for tha week. We
restarted the server (which usually helps when views aren't updating) but are
still having the problems.

Thanks,

- James

Hi Chak,

I double checked and it turned out the user did have Current tasks selected.
Thanks for your help!
