User cancels a meeting, no one else receives that notice

Folks,

We have a user that - when she elects to cancel a meeting, she does not
receive any dialog windows asking her to send a meeting cancellation or go
through any of the cancellation steps. It just cancels immediately and does
not send a cancellation notification to the user (I tested that from her
machine).

Basically, anytime she cancels a meeting it removes from her calendar but no
one else receives that notice. Outlook 2002 SP 2 Ver 10.0 Build 4219
