User cannont email himself

O

Outlook, eh?

User is using Outlook 2007 and when he sends himself a message (from within
the account only) it doesn't end up in the Inbox. It only appears in the Sent
Items. Oddly enough if he sends an email to a distribution list that he is a
part of (from within that account) it gets to his Inbox.

O

Outlook, eh?

The user is trying to send email to himself from within his Exchange account.

Do other users also have problems sending themselves messages? If so, the
antispam software if catching mail sent to/from the same person. If not,
do he have a rule to delete mail to/from himself? Internal DLs are sent to
the DL, not to him, so such a rule would not affect mail to DLs.

No, the issue is only occurring to this one user.
I have checked their junk mail as well as Postini and emails from the user
to himself (within the same Exchange account) are not being quarantined.
The user doesn't have rules set up.
