User cannot be created

Hello,

I am getting the error message mentioned below while creating a user in PWA
having windows authentication.

"Check the spelling of the user name,verify that a valid domain name was
included and check that a duplicated domain was not used"

I cannot determine what is the problem. In the very first occurrence when i
created the user, it did not worked somehow and then i deleted it using
PWA-Admin. Now when i am trying to created the same user again i get the
error mentioned above. Please let me know ASAP what can be the cause.
