user cannot print another user's calendar in Outlook 2003

Hi,
I have a user who is unable to print a specific user's calendar using
Outlook 2003 SP3. other users with the same permissions are able to. He is
able to print other users' calendars to which he has the same permissions.
The problem follows the user from PC to PC (we use roaming profiles). We've
created a new outlook profile, no change. We deleted and re-created his
windows profile, still no change.
Does anyone have any ideas?

what happens when he tries?

It may be related to the taskpad setting.
