User cannot see the portfolio analyzer view

Hi,

I created a porfolio analyzer view in PWA and granted permissions to a user,
yet the user could not see the portfolio view that I created. The message
the user gets is:

"Unable to access the microsoft project portfolio analyzer OLAP cube. The
cube may not exist or you may not have permissions to acess the cube".

What could be the problem? An OLAP cube has been built because I can see
that updated yesterday. Is there something else that I need to do? Have I
not granted her the right permissions?
