User Defined Fields and Opportunities List

Hello All,

I was wondering if it is possible, on Business Contact Manager 2007, to
create a user defined field for opportunities or projects and add the alarm
function to it.

Also, when viewing my list of opportunities, they are divided either by
account or by business contact. Is it possible to organize them all by "Sale
Stage"?

For example, lets say I have one business contact an there are two
opportunities with him/her, one of them is in the "Suspect" stage and the
other is a "Proposal". Even though they are from the same person, I DO NOT
want them to be grouped together. I want the opportunities to be grouped by
sale stage, regardless of the account or business contact.

Is this possible?
