C
Case Advantage
In Outlook 2007 SP2 I have about 50 custom fields set up in a .pst file. In
the last few days, some of my custom fields are not displaying in the
"detailed address card" view - for any of my contacts. When I go to View ->
Current View -> Customize -> Fields, I have every single user-defined field
selected to display. And yet about half the fields with information in it no
longer show.
For example, I have a field named "co-pay." It does not show in the card
view, or the card style printouts, but I can open the contact and click All
Fields -> user defined fields in this item, and I see "co-pay" there with the
value I typed in.
Why would SOME custom fields not diplay in detailed card view? I can see
them all in phone list view, if I add those fields to the display columns.
I have tried updating Office to the latest version, setting up a new Outlook
profile, and resetting the view and re-customizing it. I can provide
screenshots if this isn't clear.
