I have automation add-in created in c# (2005) for Excel-2003. Only problem it
has in excel it doesn't show formula argument (e.g. formula =myAddFunc( , now
it should display list of arguments).
Also is there any way to define description for formula?

I know you were pointed here from a forum, but I'm afraid you didn't get the
best information on the most appropriate group. Check the web interface you used
to get here, and you'll see a group for office.developer.addins, as well. That,
or the Excel.programming newsgroup would be the better bet to get help on this
question.
