User Defined Parameters for an Access Pass-Through SQL Query

I have an Access Pass-Through SQL Query. I need to provide a means to filter
the result table and returned data from SQL by a Start Date and an End Date.
I have gone through LOTS of Community postings searching for this and have
come up empty. I am a Novice at best with Visual-Basic, so I'll need as much
"hand holding" or links showing me actual VB Syntax to try and accomplish
this task.

Basically, I am looking for something interactive that will prompt the end
user with a start data and an end date and then take these provided
paramaters and then plug them in to the Pass-Through SQL Query.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
