User Disabled after syncronization

It's happening a strange issue into our Project Server 2007 envirnoment...
I disabled a user doing a mistake, realized what happened, I enabled it
again, after that each time the project server infrastructure syncronize
users and project managers from AD groups he become disabled again... could
be a bug or there are some settings provoking this?

To be complete I did not set the flag into the "Prevent Active Directory
synchronization for this user" attribute for the user having this issue.

I would check the following:

1) If you do set the flag on for "Prevent the Active Directory
synchronization for this user", does this prevent the user from being
deactivated the next time the synch runs?

2) Please verify and be 100% sure that this user is still in the AD groups
that you are using to synch with the enterprise resource pool.
