user do not have access privilege to edit an Visio object within W

When I insert a Equation object in word document. The first time I can add my
formula when I’m done I click somewhere else in the word document to close
the edit mode of the Equation Object. If, for some raison I when to re-edit
the object I get a message saying that “user do not have access privilegeâ€. I
have been doing it in the earlier version except for this office 2003. It get
the same message when I went to edit an visio object within Ms Word.

Please help
