User doesn't display "TASK" on Project Server Web Access Menu?

I have my users set up in Project Server and for some reason one of my users
doesn't display the "TASKS" on the Project Server Web Access Menu. I have
checked his permissions and they are correct. He has everything else and has
been submitting status reports.
