User form Command Button Problem

I have created a submit button on a user form to route the form from one
person to another through e-mail. The submit button has the VBA code for
routing the form. When I test the submit button it works one time. The next
time I try I get a message that states Word has encountered a problem and
then closes and recovers the file. Any ideas?
