User-form instead of contact-form

I have an custom outlook-form for contacts with few non-standard-fields (for
example a customer number). The problem: in this outlook-forms i couldn't
programm in Visual Basic (only VB-Script), but i need the functionality of
VB or VBA.

It is possible to create an user-form (with the VB editor) and open it
instead of the standard-contact-form? How can I make it?
