User forms

Hi Everyone:

In excel when you create an user form, it is always modal. Is there anyway
to make it non-modal so that when the form is displayed, the user to be able
to click on the spreadsheet and access it (very similar to the dialog box
for the chart). Thanks for your help.

Hi Bob,

Which version of Excel are you using? Excel 2000 and later are modal by default, but you can choose between modal and modeless by
setting the vbModal and vbModeless properties - see the 'Show method' in the Help file for details. Excel '97 doesn't support the
modeless state.

Cheers

Thanks Macropod. I did not realize that property is there. Thanks for your
