User friendly message

I wanted to give user friendly message and show the name of the procedure.
Are there any easy way to do this?

My user get ODBC Fail, or the message from SQL server system. User does not
understand it.
Also, SQL server does not give name of strored procedure name. It makes me
somtime to find the problem.


Any informaiton is great appreciated,
