User gets other peoples name in "Licensed to" when in help about

Hi,

The problem is that a particular user keeps getting other peoples name in Licensed to, when in office

She gets 2 peoples names, other then her own. I have gone through resetting it up in Word (where it can be changed) and logging out/ back in and it's still there.
I close the job, but it gets reopened later on with the same thing happening.... any thoughts??

Sorry, also forgot to mention that it's Office 2000 SP3, with all fixes since
And running on Terminal server windows 2000 SP4 with all patches since
