Under the User tab, in the User group Name: Admin... there
are three buttons: New..., Delete, Clear Password.

What does Clear Password do?

are three buttons: New..., Delete, Clear Password.

What does Clear Password do?

It clears the user's password. Admins are not allowed to see other user's passwords
but they are allowed to clear them. That way when a user calls and says that they've
forgotten it, an admin can clear it, and let the user sign in without a password at
which point they can create a new one.
