User has Office 2007 and GoToMyPC Pro and cannot print locally from Outlook

He can copy and paste the information into Word and then print, but he
gets an error whenever he tries to print locally. He has had to go
onto his remote computer, pull up outlook and then it will print to
his local printer.

What is the error message, does it actually mention GoToMyPC in anyway? His default local printer may be set to the GoToMyPC virtual printer, this only works when you are in session and printing remotely. We have 24/7 toll free support if the user would like to call for help.

Is the [local] default printer set correctly? Can he print the test
page on the default [local] printer. If not then he should set a local
printer before printing from outlook.

Yes, he can print locally. He can do it from Word and also print a
test page. It is just that he cannot print locally from Outlook. He
gets the error message: "There was an error when printing started. To
check the printer setup, double click the Printers icon in Windows
Control Panel."
Everything looks good in Control Panel, his correct printer is set as
the default, it will print from all other programs (not certain, but
it did print from Word). But not from Outlook.
