User Information Pop Up

When I did the initial install of Word I spelled a user's
name wrong on the User information tab. I corrected it on
the tab but whenever the user goes to fill a field in a
word document it propts them with [mispelled name] (Press
enter to insert.) Is there any way to change this without
rebuilding the profile?

Try going to Insert/AutoText/AutoText and delete or modify the
AutoText entry.
