Hi C.P.,

Of the localized versions of Office 2003 nine included *limited* menu language change capability. These were

Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Pan-Chinese,
Simplified Chinese, Thai, Traditional Chinese

If the features are installed from the Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove programs in the Windows control panel then you should
see a choice in Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office Tools in the third tab of the MS Office Language Settings Tool.
