Hi,

Currently we have a from in infopath to handle all the
change requests for different applications.
The Initiator submits the form with all the data and
clicks "Submit". The form is sent to different managers
in outlook and the Managers responds back in outlook with
his approval/disapproval of the changeRequest.
Right now the form is only seen as a image by the
managers with all the filled in data.

My requirement is the managers should be able to fill in
their response in the form itself(may be some option
button). The managers will see the form with all the
details(Readonly) and then click some button if they
approve/disapprove the form and this data should be saved
in the backend.

Can someone please help me with this! How do i achieve
this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

There isn't a way to click a button on the image and do this the way you
would like.

A copy of the xml form is sent along with the image. The managers would need
to open that in a managers view. Then, any comments / approval / etc. would
be part of that document.
