User Is Getting Somebody Else's Reminders

I have a screen shot of a user's desktop when he opened Outlook he received
the calendar reminders popup that belonged to another user. Can someone let
me know how I can prevent this? Did I miss a security update somewhere along
the way?
(Windows XP SP2 - multiple users/roaming profiles, Outlook 2003, Exchange
2003)

the only way he'd get other people's reminders is if he is logged into their
mailbox or using an addin that triggered reminders from other folders.
