user is not able to view timesheet in PWA

Hello,

I am reposting this message again. Please reply to me as early as possible.
I am PSA administrator for project server 2003. Users are not able to access
timesheet view in PWA. I have gone through below KB articles posted on
microsoft site and apply the solution as recommanded in that. but still no
luck. My problem couldn't get resolved.

Articles followed to resolve my problems are as below:

Problem Description: Any user click on the tasks tab then project server
displays below error:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be
displayed

URL accessed by user is :
http://servername/projectserver/tasks/taskpages.asp?_oid=-1

I required urgent help for that.

Does IIS allow Anonymous access to the virtual directory? Have the
users tried downloading the ActiveX controls to their computer? What
errors show up in the IIS and Event logs?
