User-Level Security Wizard

Whenever i run the user-level security wizard i get an error message on the
second screen, "The expression On Error you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error: Object or class does not support the
set of events". i have tried to do it in a database with only one table and
it does the same.

What have I done????
