Is there a way to tie a control (text box or drop-down) with all users in
ActibeDirectory?

or if I enter say last name in a text-box and hit a button, form should
display all users having same last name entered in the text-box?

My main goal is: A user tries to search for a domain user through IP form.
All he/she enters last name in a text field, another text field gets
populates with all users having that Last name along with their email
address.

I did tired control selector, but how can I bind, say a drop-down to a AD
group?
