User Loses Connectivity with PS

User has been using Project Pro 2002 with PS for past 6 months with no problem.

But now he can no longer access his projects. Message reads: "Cannot
connect. Microsoft Project was unable to establish a connection with the
selected Microsoft Project Server. This could be caused by a loss of network
connectivity, invalid username or password, lack of enterprise global
template, problems with the Microsoft Project Server or database, or your
Microsoft Project Server may not have enterprise features enabled."

His problem is definitely local. I logged on into his machine and I get the
same message.

HELP!
