I have a user using outlook 2003 in an SBS 2003 SP 2 environment. She claims
that jsut today she has been having issues receiving e-mails. In order for
her e-mail to show up in the inbox she must manually hit Send/Receive to get
the message in.
I tested the following I change the Send/Receive time from 5 minutes to 2
minutes, made no difference. She still didn;t receive the mail.
I sent a message from her account to my account and the message was sent and
received from my account in normal time.
I sent a message from my account to her account and she had to do a manually
send receive to get the message into her inbox.
Even if outlook does and send/receive it still wont update the inbox until a
manual send receive is done.
Please help
