User moving off domain to workgroup.

Hi, I hope you can help me out. We have some users who will be moving off of
our domain to a workgroup. The have email with the domain, but it will be
getting turned off soon.

What is the best way to get their emails, contacts and calendar information
out of their current profile (on the domain) to their new profile (off the
domain). They will be using the same computer.

I appreciate any suggestions.

How do they get mail now (i.e. POP, IMAP, Exchange, etc.) and how will it
change?

Presently, they use our exchange. They will be moving to pop3, but would
like to take all their messages, contacts and calendar with them.

Have them create a new PST and then copy the folders in their Exchange
mailbox to that PST.
