User Name and Passwords

Dear All

can you please help me solving this problem, as i have created a database .
now i need to creat usernames and passwords to enter into data base .. and
they can only access the data entry forms not the other tables of the
database...

i have attached the database for your kind review.....

If you have Access2003 or before, download the Microsoft Access 2000 Security

Study it CAREFULLY. Get a good night's sleep. Read it again, even more
carefully! Follow the instructions to the letter. Security is complex and easy
to mess up.

If you have A2007, be aware that this workgroup security was removed from the
program; it will not be available in the accde or accdb format, only in older
..mdb format files.
