User Passwords

I was recently given the admin password for a database, but some of the users
are having trouble logging in. As admin, how can I check/reset their
usernames/passwords? Keep in mind that the problem solved itself for one
user by trying it again a few days later.

Tools-Security-User & Group Accounts
Then find the user's name in the combo box and press the 'Clear Password'
You need to set a new password. Does you app have a password changing forms
so your users can do this?

Also, I would suggest you backup your db and then perform a compact and
repair (front-end, back-end, and mdw).

In what window should I be in? I can not find a Tools Menu. I figured that
it would be in the main database window where I would design the objects.

I think the problem has nothing to do with the accessrights. You know
about the startupcode?
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11 MSACCESS.EXE" "Path and
database" /WRKGRP "Path and name of database.mdw"

Maybe users have accessed the database first in their given shortcut
and later directly?
