User permissions disappears from Project Workspace's Permissions

Hii...

We are facing some wierd problems..

One of our staff uploaded a project with few team members. The problem
strted when one of the Team Member's permission started missing from the
specific project site's permission list. Each time we add this ID manually
and two-three days it disappears again. This continued upto the point that
one day the Project Manager himself lost access to his Project's Workspace.
When checked, we found that his ID is missing from the site permission list.
We readded it and the next day he was missing again. For now, we have
prevented active directory sync for these IDs hoping it will do some good.
Can someone help with this problem?

Another issue is that whatever we do, one user is unable toget the options
to upload multiple pictures. She can only get the option "upload picture".
She is a Team Member and every other Team Member is getting this option. I
even tried giving her permission as a Project Manager but no luck. Pls help.

Hey Maddy ,

This seem to be a problem with the auto sync of user permissions.Have
a look in the server setting and you will find there is an auto sync
permission under the workspace settings. If you would like to add the
permissions manually (which is a lot of work) you will have to turn
off this functionality.

Thanks for the reply..That was useful...So I've turned of Active Directory
Sync for all these users... Hope that'll help me...
